Dr Henry Tan; Associate

Dr. Henry Tan was born and raised in Malaysia, has lived in Manila, Nebraska and currently lives in San Diego, CA.  Dr.Tan brings with him 30 years of experience in executive leadership training. He has over 20 years experience in Southeast Asia where he founded ACTS International, a Philippine based training and consulting company. He served as the President of ISOT-Asia, a graduate school in the Philippines while directing a non-profit organization of 200 employees from 1990-1997.

Much of Dr. Tan’s work included coaching high-level management people. He was actively involved in setting up Training Centers in Indonesia, Taiwan and India from 1978 through 1983 followed by intensive coaching of the Training Center Directors.  He has spent many years traveling around Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia introducing new training modules on staff development. His passion is developing executives and seeing them become more effective in their roles.

Dr. Tan specializes in executive leadership development and corporate training.
He has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Malaya.  He holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, a Masters of Divinity from the International School of Theology, CA and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego.
