Sylva Leduc; Associate

SylvaSylva (Syl) Leduc, MEd (Psychology), MPEC is a Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach, trainer, speaker and published author. For more than 20 years she has been a trusted advisor to executives around the world in the development of their leadership skills and their companies’ growth/success. As a process and task oriented consultative-coach, her broad range of industry experience provides a multi-faceted approach for clients’ business and organizational leadership.

Sylva’s expertise includes leadership development programs, leadership coaching, shadow coaching, 360° feedback, strategic planning, assessments, team development and just-in-time coaching. She is well versed in helping executives and high potential employees rapidly assimilate into strategic leaders.

Her practical and pragmatic approach is a blend of graduate level psychology, advanced education in executive coaching and leadership development, teaching at colleges, together with real-world experience as an executive in a start-up software company and as a change management consultant with one of the Big Four Consulting firms. 

Sylva is the co-author of two published books: “Women’s Work: Choice, Chance or Socialization?” and most recently, “Roadmap to Success” co-authored with Ken Blanchard, Steven Covey and other coaches/consultants.  She speaks regularly at conferences on a variety of topics pertaining to leadership.

In 2007, Sylva and one of her clients were honored with the PRISM Award from the International Coach Federation’s Northwest chapter for the implementation of a coaching and leadership development program. The PRISM Award is bestowed upon organizations and coaches who demonstrate excellence as a result of their commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy.
